Project Overview
This project involved the complete refurbishment of a one-bedroom flat in Watford, with works carried out throughout the entire property to transform and modernise every area.
The kitchen and bathroom were fully renovated, alongside complete works to the living room, bedroom and hallway. Extensive plumbing and heating upgrades were completed behind the finishes, ensuring the property was renewed at both service and surface level.

Key Features
Extensive plumbing and heating works formed a significant part of this project. The existing boiler was relocated, the central heating system was renewed, and new hot and cold water supplies were installed throughout the property, with a water softener system added as part of the upgraded plumbing.
The existing chimney structures were removed from both rooms, allowing the spaces to be opened up and making better use of the available floor area. All affected areas were made good and incorporated into the overall refurbishment, with plastering, tiling, flooring and decorating carried out throughout for a consistent finish.
Outcome
A fully refurbished one-bedroom property, renewed from top to bottom with modernised plumbing and heating, a new kitchen and bathroom, and a clean, cohesive finish throughout. Every aspect of the flat was addressed, from the underlying services and preparation works through to the final finishes.
